#8 Posted: 12/6/2011 11:08:58 AM TROE - yesterday's thread you had lean "EAGLES". Why the change of heart? And why so much? (Generally my change of heart goes from Play X to "pass" not Play X to Play Y (opposite team)). Thanks - and good luck

#12 Posted: 12/6/2011 12:35:15 PM Looked at it more. Hadn't really broken down the game too much when I initially posted the "Eagles lean". Think we are seeing a spot here where we can buy a team low (Washington) because everyone saw them get run by St Louis, and they'll see the loss to Nevada. Whereas you also get an opportunity to sell a team high in Marquette, coming off the big rivalry win over Wisconsin. Think we see a slight letdown. Wouldn't surprise me to see Marquette cover this number, but I made it out to be 4 when I went through it again, so I had to play it.
Still looking at George Mason and that total. Both continue to rise. That game will be incredibly slow and low-scoring.

#13 Posted: 12/6/2011 12:39:52 PM I agree with Washington in this spot, they have a great backcourt that can light it up. Marquette is going to come out flat after that huge win vs a tough Wisconsin team. Completely different style of play tonight and they will fall behind early and be fighting till the end for the win. Love the points and love the public all over Marquette....Good luck Troe |

#14 Posted: 12/6/2011 12:54:53 PM I think the Virginia total is about to move to 118. If it hits 118.5, I'm in. Hell, I still might be in at 118.

yikes, play the first half number so the late fouls don't kill you?
And I agree that UDub is getting too many, not sure I want to play them here so I'll wait 'til halftime.

#18 Posted: 12/6/2011 1:50:44 PM Agree on UVA. I'd love to see 118 but I'll still probably play 117.5.

#19 Posted: 12/6/2011 2:08:35 PM Marquette always beats in state rival wisc, but Washington is young, and even though everyone saw Washington lose to Nevada, it's safe to say Nevada has a nice little program going out there( football too) |

You lost us at "Marquette always beats in state rival Wisconsin". Wisconsin has won 9 of the last 14 games against Marquette. Do a little research before you spew garbage. |

Current card:
Washington +8 George Mason +10
Possible add on the George Mason/Virginia under, but that's probably it for the night. Good luck all.
