In 2009 everyone was doubting the Tar Heels because of Ty Lawsons injury and not playing up to the big tournament. Being on of the most dynamic players in college he not only came back but DOMINATED March Madness and led his team to a national championship.
This year once again we have one of the most dynamic players if not the best possibly coming back for the big dance. One of the few players in college hoops that can go out and put up 20-5-5 on a nightly basis. Kyrie Irving. If he plays and plays well NO ONE and i mean NO ONE will beat this team. The way the Blue Devils played with him was amazing. He makes the Plumlee brothers down low so much better. His driving ability and vision to kick for open 3's. Curry, Dawkins, Plumlee coming off the bench behind Smith, Singler, Plumlee, Irving .
Take it for what its worth but its just my opinion. What do you guys think? If he comes back does it make them the clear cut favorite? I will be taking Duke to cut down the nets come April.

Agree with you Manram......Dukies are going to be a tough out with Irving. Enjoy watching him these last couple of games once season is over he's NBA bound.

with irving back and playing well, i don't see anyone being favored over them. obviously, any team can lose on any night, but the dukies have to be the vegas chalk to repeat as of now
