How much will I give back today? Might be a ton cuz I have found a nugget.
New Mexico State+ 8.5 3u New Mexico State ml 1u +400 NMSU +10/Louisville ml/Gonzaga ml .75u to win 2.3u
This is my biggest play so far. This opened at 10 LVSC, 8.5 for me, I pounced, it went to 8, and now the squares are lining up to take an impressive, on paper, BSU team. Might add more at 9.5 that is available now.
Look at the matchup page.: BSU is +11 AF-AA, and NMSU is +1, and it is at BSU. Boise State, as I have written several time snow, is a paper tiger. Theiur SOS is still crappy at .41 (rank 270th). Not a single win agaiunst a team in the top 200 via KP. Take the last loss vs portland - they should have had a rebounding advantgae according to the numbers but lost 37(10)-24(6) This is what I mean by paper tiger. New Mexico State beat them both times last year, returns more guys, and has Gillenwater and Rahmna playing. Conflicting reports have Mckines questionable, or playing. With him I would put even more on it. Without, I still love it. New Mexico has played the much harder SOS - and guys who were not especially counted on have had to step up - making this a deep team with good experience. BSU runs a relatively short rotation. Despite what the numbers tell us, NMSU should absolutely dominate the frontcourt in this one, and Kabongo, Larouche and Castillo have acquitted them well in the backcourt. BSU is good at forcing TO and that will equal the possessions in this one - still - I see more possessions for NMst = Win if both teams shoot close to average.
Been waiting for this matchup for a while. Was hoping that NMst would be much more healthy - and they are.
