The pirates are 13 -3 at home , the three loses at home were to Syracuse , West Virginia and Temple , all were competitive games ,
The pirates have won their last 5 home games , defeating Cinci, louisville , Notre Dame , Depaul and Rutgers , I think Seton Hall plays much better at home .
While you could make a case for Marquette play on the road of late , they have been living on the edge, with two overtime wins vs cinci and St Johns , could have easliy been 2 loses .
Another thing to consider is this game, is it will be Marquette 4th game in 10 days( two stright OT games) third straight on the road .
With all these factors i still think the public will bet Marquette blindly , i wouldnt be surprised if its a pk at game time .
NORTHWESTERN + 2.5
The Wildcats the better of the two teams here , while Penn state won the last meeting 81-70 on 2/ 17 ..... I am doubtfull they can repeat their shooting performace on that night shooting over 57% from the field and 7-17 in 3 s ,
Penn State seems to play as bad at home , as they do on the road , so i dont see any advantage in the home court here , cant see Northwestern losing to this team twice in two weeks
RICHMOND + 7.5
The Richmond Spiders , Winners of last 8 SU , winners of last 4 games SU on the road , can't take anything away from the way Xavier is playing , but have to like the Spiders with the points here . the generous points here seem to be from history between these two schools, rather than the play of these teams this year .
TEMPLE - 7.5
While the OWLS have The 5th -seed locked they still have much to play for , they could possibly go as high as 3 or 4 -seed , not to mention that they are tied at the top with Richmond and Xavier to win the Atlantic 10 conference .
looking at La Salle they seem to be in a freefall losing three senior starters to injury ,and have lost their last 4 games by DD
TEMP are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 Sun. games.
LASAL are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 games overall.
LASAL are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 vs. Atlantic 10.
IOWA - 6
The hawkeyes defeated the hoosiers on the road by 15 a month ago
last 6 games, Indiana has lost by 17, 17, 28 , 14 , 23 and 32 , thats 131 points 
( BUT WHO'S COUNTING) i guess i am , you have to think IOWA covers here , RIGHT?
One last note , i have to say since i dont get alot of grief on here, like some people do , I have a few nice people that always wish me luck . like D- TOWN and WEBBA , to name a few , but i have to say my post picks have really sucked lately , ive done better myself , but the best bets that ive posted, have sucked , i like these picks today , and if they go down the tubes , and i dont go at least 3-2 i will give myself a self imposed suspension, from futher post .
