3 easy wins yesterday with UF, Cuse, Miami
Wednesday Thoughts:
Ohio State -7.5 at Penn State - OSU is playing some good ball right now, they are a team I think could be Elite 8 this year and have thought that from the beginning of the year. PSU is coming off of 2 conf wins in a row, their only of the year! This could be a let down spot for OSU after they just played Ill, Purdue and Mich State. PSU isn't playing for anything though, no postseason chances for them unless they win the B10 Tourney.
VT pick at BC - VT won by 1 at home earlier in year but shot 38% compared to 55% for BC...VT was able to turn them over nearly 20 times in that game and blew a 9 pt halftime lead.
FSU -2.5 at UNC - FSU still fighting for post season, UNC is toast.
Auburn +9 at Ole Miss - Ole Miss has to win this game to keep their tourney hopes alive, but Auburn has been playing tough on the road and is fighting to get to a .500 record to have any kind of post season bid. As long as Auburn can hit some 3's, they can keep this close. Should be up and down No defense kind of game.
Arkansas -1.5 at LSU - LSU is 0-12 in conference. Ouch. Arkansas needs this win to get to 8 wins in Conference, they most likely wont win their last 3 games (vandy, UT, Ole Miss).
St Louis +4.5 vs Temple - STL is great at home, Temple is only .500 on the road and has Richmond next. STL is still fighting to make the NCAA's. This game may go to OT.
Purdue -2 at Minn - Purdue has Mich State on deck. What has gotten into Minn the past 2 games to get them back on the winning ways? One answer is Indiana was one of the teams but they beat Wisc too, I'm guessing that is a big rivalry game for them. Purdue is one of the best in the country and have been all year.
