1-1 yesterday +1.5 units as the bigger of the two plays hit.  Of course the two leans I did not play both it...  Not sure what the hell happened at the end of the UNC game last night, shut it off with 2 minutes left to wake up and find out they covered by 2 points!

7-4 YTD +5.2 units

Locking 1 play in right now, have a couple of other leans so I will be back at some point today, although today is both class/work day for me.

NC State PK... I can't figure this line out at all.  Sure NC State lost their big men from last year but they are still a decent team (although will finish towards the bottom of the ACC)  I personally think this team is better than last years team.  They have good post players in Painter and Howell, with some good returning talent especially Javier Gonzalez who is one of the ACC's silent scorers that you won't hear about much.  Akron on the other hand is a good basketball team, they are projected to win the MAC, however I just don't think they have enough.  My only worry is their 7 foot freshmen who is the highest ranked freshmen ever to attend a MAC school... we will see how good he is tonight.  I roll with the Wolf Pack in a hottly contested game.

GL today woop! The Cuse/Heels match up should be intriguing. Carolina will have a huge advantage inside, but how well will they shoot over the dreaded Cuse zone. Can't wait to get some numbers on this one!

When push comes to shove of course they are rivals.  I am a UVA fan first (Born at UVA lived near UVA... a Duke fan 2nd 3 uncles who went to Duke)  Conference supremecy is all part of the fun.  That is why at the Big 10 / ACC challenge they cant "ACC ACC ACC" because it is unity.  Who doesn't want to be a part of a strong conference?  Just makes resumes and SOS look better....

So as a syracuse fan if uconn was playing say mich st in a big east/big ten challenge i should root for uconn? No way. Ill root for every big ten team to beat every big east team.   Do you root for the yanks in the world series? I sure hope not

The best thing about coll bball over football is that teams are good in smaller conferences and have a shot. Conference debate gets so old and is useless.

Baseball does not work like college basketball whatsoever... horrible analogy.  When was the last time a baseball team made the playoffs based on SOS and quality wins?  NEVER.

So if Syracuse could play in the Horizon Sun and have to win every single game but 1 you would be all for them moving to the conference? 

Last but not least if you read... I picked S.Florida over UVA... in the end it is about $ my friend

First of all i didnt see your actual thread about usf/uva, but a day or 2 earlier you said uva would roll them. I read that one. My point with conferences sometimes is why root for the other teams. Thats why i mentioned al east, yanks/sox. They are rivals just like your fellow conference members. So your a duke fan in a way right? You cant tell me you possibly rooted for unc to win the title last year? Thats absurd. Just to bring the title "home" to your acc? What a joke
