Villanova vs Pittsburgh

Before the tournament started I would have taken Pitt in this match-up, but the Panthers have not played well in this tournament and are lucky to have gotten past Xavier.

The Panthers are on a point spread skid of 1-6 in the Tournament, 1-5-1 as a neutral-floor favorite and 1-5 as a tourney fave. The Wildcats are on ATS rolls of 12-5 against winning teams, 15-7 as a neutral-site dog, 4-1 as an NCAA ‘dog, 9-3 after an ATS win and 11-4 against teams with a winning percentage above .600. The numbers don't lie...Pitt has struggled all Tournament and will show again today why they aren't a number one seed. Take the points and Nova.

Connecticut vs Missouri

Hasheem Thabeet is a difference maker, and I don't see anyone on Mizzou that is going to stop this big man in the paint. The points look tempting considering the way the Tigers looked against Memphis, but I do not feel Missouri has another effort like that left. UConn will try and force a half court game against the Tigers. The Tigers have blown big leads against Marquette and Memphis the past two rounds before pulling out victories. If Mizzou settles for jump shots tonight then they'll be playing right into the Huskies hands and look for UConn to cover.

I expect UConn to win and win big tonight…look for a 10-12 point victory. Making a small play on the UNDER too as there seems to be a lot of money on the over. Lay the points and put some cash back in your pocket.
