I realize that some of these guys aren't true Centers, but I ranked them as centers because the majority of the time they play the 5 for their respective teams.

PG: AJ Price 1st Team Big East last year and honorable mention All-American yet you have 3 PGs from the Big East alone ahead of him
SF: I think you might be looking at stats too much and not what the player brings/ means to the team. Terrence Williams should be ahead of at least everyone from 6-10. I dont know if you knew this but NO ONE on the Cardinals last year averaged above 11 PPG. I also believe Williams had 3 triple doubles last year or extremely close to doing that. He does everything on the court imaginable and might be the best player on Louisville.
PF: Not sure about Patterson being #2. Blake Griffin might be the #1 player drafted next year. Marqus Blakely from Vermont should be somewhere in the top 15.
C: Monroe and Mullens should not be ahead of Dejuan Blair. And there is no concievable way you can not have Thabeet as the #1 ranked center out of the Big East (not saying rank him above of Hansbrough but Samuels #2 is a joke). Thabeet might become the best/ most dominate player in the country this year. Everyone on the UConn team that I have talked to (including articles from camps over the summer) have said that Thabeet is a beast and he made a bigger improvement from last year to this year than he did from Freshman year to Sophomore year.

Turnovers and bad decisions (also 57% FT????) hurt TWill in my eyes. Don't get me wrong he is a dynamic player for sure...probably deserves a few slots higher, but he is around his ranking for sure. TWill had 2 triple-doubles, against Hartford to start last season (BTW he also turned it over 8 times), and against Seton Hall in a loss. I'm not devaluing a triple double (because it is extremely hard to do in CBB), but considering the opponents lets not over value it. And Earl Clark averaged 11.1 ppg (Padgett was at 11.2).
Scottie Reynolds is not really a 1 more of a 2 now that they have Fisher so I would probably move him over to the SG rankings.
But as for AJ Price...it is really a circumstance that he is on a more balanced team, talent wise. The two in front of him will have to carry more of a load. Jonny Flynn is going to be a stud this year. Deonte Vaughn is Cincy's team. Kemba Walker cuts a little in to the value of any upperclassman guard, not just AJ Price.
Samardo Samuels is not a joke...PERIOD. He is the best frosh big that Pitino has ever had.
Stats are a big indicator in how a player should be evaluated/compared to another. Sure you cannot measure heart/effort/leadership, but I think that I did a decent job with adding those things into the equation.
So aside from the UConn biasis, Marques Blakely is who I should add?

I agree with jpero. I can't believe you put Johnny Flynn ahead of AJ Price. That is a joke. Unless Price's torn ACL slows him down somehow... that is not even a close comparison. Vasquez is gonna be dirty this year.

Farouq-Aminu will most likely be better than #25 overall, and I know that Samuels is highly touted but to have him over guys like Thabeet and Blair... questionable

about a kid like Boubacar Coly who has improved every single year. Averaged 10 points 11 boards and 2.5 blocks as a junior, and put up good numbers against the likes of UConn and Maryland (Both teams that are good on the interior) Would not be shocked to see this kid average 15 and 11 or 12 this year. Also MState could be a sleeper this year

And you really expect Flynn to put up those #s this year with Devendorf being back and Andy Rautins also getting burn. Not to mention the addition of Mookie Jones. I am sure Paul Harris will also improve. Cuse is only going to average in the mid 70s a game.
Also Price is going to be playing off the ball more this year. He will get to play the 2 guard which means he will be shooting more and look to score more often then in previous years when his job was to distribute and be the PG. Thats an advantage of Kemba coming in. Price has said he can't wait to play the 2 where he will be more comfortable and able to use his offensive ability instead of setting others up.

Had Toney Douglas in there. But there are so many good PG. FSU nice inside/out with Singleton.
On AJ Price No doubt UConn is a different team without him. If he comes back healthy, and moves to the two he would probably be top 2 or 3 SG.
He is a game changing guard...they probably would have gone on pretty deep run if he didn't get hurt. UConn/UCLA would have been a classic and UConn/Memphis.
I appreciate the input.
