I have checked a dozen places online and everyone and their aunt is on Rajeev Ram.
I'm afraid he's in too poor of a form to be this popular of a pick. This is a typical situation I see every week, people are too eager to pound something that isn't even remotely a good play.
I'm taking a small play on Mathieu +2, I anticipate a 7:6, 4:6, 6:4 kind of game. Also may take the over.

Something is wrong with Santiago Giraldo. Year and a half ago he looked like a top 15 material, he seemed physically and mentally strong, I thought he would transform into a top 10 claycourter and will be a top 20-25 player. Now he's ranked 128, he can't beat anyone any more. He's deeply troubled at the moment. Giustino is a challenger level player, but Giraldo has been losing against his profile players this year (Donati, Mathieu, Stepanek, Krajinovic...) I think this Santiago is favored, but the line is too steep, I have to go the other way here, I think Giraldo could easily lose this.
Lacko +4
Mahut is a well known grass expert, but he's not getting any younger, and Lacko will hold the fort more times than not. I agree Mahut should be favored, but are we really expecting to see a 6:3, 6:4 kind of game here? Because this is what it takes to beat this line. I'm more inclined to say it's a 6:7,7:6 battle after two, and then Mahut may as well win it, I don't care.
Escobedo +3,5
I follow tennis extensively, but I have no clue who Escobedo is. All I know is, Bedene is unstable as they come. And this line is fishy. Bedene is supposed to be a top 60 player going against a guy who is 273 and the line is 1.36? This will be included in a thousand parlays today I'm afraid, and there could easily be tears. All I see is two straight up wins on grass, I say the kid holds his own at least until midway through the match, if not the entire way. 3,5 games, I'll take it, thanks.
