The two aspects that get overlooked are work ethic and mental composure. They might be the 2 most important aspects to becoming a top tier player. The top 25 is loaded with physical talent. What seperates that greats for the rest in the things mentioned above.

The problem is most of these talented players are lazy and mentally weak. They don't put in the time off the court they need to...also they don't develop and improve the weaknesses in their games. Essentially they buy into the hype but don't realize or respect what it takes to become a great player.

Grigor has the talent to be a top player...not so sure though he has the mindset to meet that potential.
