If you think Nadal is affected by the Joker match, then u are completely
out of ur mind. Juicy Nadal is in amazing shape and he could go 10
hours with Joker if he wanted to. Even if they played now, he would look
at the Joker match as a walk in the park, it was a tough game playwise
to win, but not physically nor mentally for him.
If you honestly
think that Ferrer has a chance here, then you will get more than
dissapointed. Nadal 3-0 or 3-1 if he just wants to give up a set for the
audience.
It doesnt matter who Ferrer has beaten, and it doesnt
matter that he has beaten them 3-0. Nadal is on a totally different
level, and Ferrer is just gonna be another step on the road in Nadals goal to become the best tennis player of all time.
In
15 years, when we are talking about all time great tennis players, and
we are going to talk about players from this era, the only players
mentioned will be Joker, Nadal and Federer. No1 will ever consider
thinking about Ferrer, in fact, i dont think anyone will remember who he
is. Players like Ferrer are just regular players that players at Nadals
level beats in order to get the trophy. This way we can compare all the
greats in 50 years and see who we think is the better tennis player. We
will talk about who has won RG most times, who has won wimbledon most
times and all this, that is a way to compare them. So players like
Ferrer will never be mentioned and he is in no way at Nadals level, so
therefore no matter what happens out there, Nadal will pull through, win
the ship and now has better stats. To those saying "yeah we will
remember Ferrer in 15 yrs of course we will" ok. Do you guys know who
Cédric Pioline is? He is a player - at that time - at the same level as
Ferrer if not better. And no1 has ever mentioned him since then, except
for when he played a match. No1 talks about him.
Nadal is gonna
ship this, no matter what. Bookies/Vegas are luring u to pull the
trigger @ +700 for Ferrer. But i know - and Vegas know, that those money
are gone straight out of the window.

Let's see, Ferrer will have over 600 career wins against Pioline's 389-318 unimpressive fairly record. Ferrer has 3 or 4 Davis Cup titles under his belt. Ferrer with 20 titles to 5 for CP. DF headed into the top 20 in lifetime wins and the hall of fame.
Nope David Ferrer has had a much better career than Pioline.
Sorry.

No1 cares about the titles that Ferrer has lol. And if u rate them in terms of play, Ferrer is not much above Pioline.

The difference between clay courts and other courts is the ball bounces higher and it's easier to return serves and other shots.
Ferrer does not have the greatest of serves but he is playing on a completely different level in return shots, he's comes in playing better than Nadal and he's playing on one of the highest levels on return shots I've ever seen in the French Open.
I would not be surprise if Ferrer walks off the 2013 French Open Champion...............................................................

I don't see the purpose of you bashing him. Yes it's a huge favorite but there are so many people just playing Ferrer because "it holds value". Just stupid.

Of course most people think Nadal wins. But why isn't the line set at 20-1 or 100-1? A lot of people will try a huge underdog in a final when his opponent has just played a tough 5 set match in what many consider the 'final' already. There is always the chance Ferrer plays like crazy and stays hot and Nadal is exhausted or has small lapse. Not likely, but like they say---that's why they play the games. All of these people that say don't question it would not risk half their bankroll on it! Many -800 favorites have lost of course.
