1* Youzhny +358 Almagro's clay form has been suspect this year with surprising losses to Nalbandian, Isner and Melzer and he finds himself staring down a 4-0 h2h against the Russian. Great match up for the Colonel as he loves playing against players who hit with a lot of pace instead of various speeds ala Fognini and Stepanek. Almagro can't help but crush shots off both wings and could find himself in trouble, on his best surface, yet again versus Youzhny.
1* Giraldo +427 Scary player when on, the Columbian is a huge hitter and loves playing at altitude. Could be in line for a rise in the rankings over the next few months after dropping down last year due to injury. Wawrinka coming off a win last week didn't have to do much to make it through his first round match but I smell a tough test and some lethargic play after a title.
1* Robredo +183 Same thing here, Haas fresh off a title in Munich and has looked in fantastic form. Robredo owns a 2-0 advantage on clay and is 0-3 on quicker surfaces, like his chances on home soil here and his form isn't too shabby as well.
1* Janowicz +248 Mentioned this in a couple threads, I feel Berdych is playing hurt and hiding an injury. Not sure to what extent but he's fallen off after a hot start to 2013 with early round exits in his last couple tourneys. Have to go against him yet again here with the fiery Janowicz who will be a tough test with his bazooka serve and sneaky dropshots.
