#1 Posted: 5/28/2012 11:47:48 PM I think there is tremendous value on Rufin here for the upset. Monaco is out of form and has exited this tournament in 1st round past 2 years against low ranked players. Moreover, Rufin has beaten him already on hard court earlier so he is capable of pulling the upset.
Thoughts? |

#3 Posted: 5/28/2012 11:50:53 PM monaco on hard and monaco on clay is not the same thing i think.
Dont play this game since i rarely play under -1000 line (-1429) BUT i seriously think Ruffin will not reach 5 game in any set and that will easily finish 3-0 for monaco |

I will never lay down that juice. I am talking about betting 1 unit on Ruffin to cause the upset. |

#6 Posted: 5/29/2012 12:45:46 AM Sammy-ny... you got a good points on players. But sometimes to take a risk on this huge underdogs and i do mean huge underdogs. I discover a trend. When you feel on an upset it always end up huge DOGS taking the First SET ! And that is some huge PLUS juice. Example Today Harrison vs Simon. Venus vs Ormeechea and Azarenka vs Brianti..The HUGE DOGS won 1st SET. And since you brought up this good point i will play 1st set on RUFIN. I figuired that huge favorites sometimes take at least the first set to figure out DOGS thats are playing well and thats why i sometimes see value on the dogs on First SETS. |

#7 Posted: 5/29/2012 12:47:53 AM HotTopic - good point.
I usually bet the 1st set on underdogs but my book does not have prop betting on 1st set so early in the open. They will probably open it up after 4th round. |
