Let us make sure that the books do not screw us on both fronts. In Vegas they have ruled no change.

I had Donald and lost on a straight up bet with Woods that is now a winner? The book was 5D

I am live chatting them right now.

they'll take money back on woods betters and not pay out on donald bettors....especially those losers @ 5dimes im sure

I only have a minimal wager on Donald but that would still make me livid and that is exactly what I do not want to see happen . Thank you Covers for this forum and fixing that.

I had Donald on sportsbook.ag and they are keeping it as a loss right now but still reviewing.  They are saying they don't change grading based on a scoring change after it is already graded.  The problem with that is the subjective times that they grade the bets.  Sometimes they take forever to grade golf bets. This is certainly a situation where they could have held off on grading due to the controversy so I think it is a ridiculous excuse.

Anyone else on sportsbook.ag, sportsbook.com or sports.com have a different result.  Which books are reversing and which are staying the same?

Dmm it, i went to read the AP report on this Woods' rule violation story. But the story was so lengthy and muggy, i stopped reading it 1/2 way of the AP report.

I think the short of it is he did not pick the best spot for his drop based on the rules.  They could have Dq'd him but chose the two strokes instead.
That is what I am gleaming from the tele today.

Every sportsbook should follow Las Vegas rules (as 5dimes told you): 

With regard to suspended games, protest games, or overturned decisions, xxxx follows Las Vegas gaming rules for wagering purposes. Otherwise xxx does not recognize suspended games, protests and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.

To me, its like a fighter that tests positive and the fight is a no contest.  The bet still stands with the result that night.  If a book reverses a graded bet, it seems very amateurish in my opinion

im not sure if it will be graded as a loss or not, since its at 5dimes. sounds like its still got a chance to win since they dont change bets after the fact.

my bet is that tiger wont shot a round over 72.5. that puts his round at 73, when it was really 71. this will such a bullshit loss, if thats what they decide

You started another thread that stated that they reversed your bet. Now you say the sportsbooks don't reverse the bet.  Is it that hard to be clear about your bet and whether it was reversed or not and who the freaking sportsbook was.  Thank you.

I put 1000 to win 2700 on tiger to win the masters late Friday night. I woke up to all this controversy and was almost laughing at how bad my luck was. Gotta be kidding me. Without the penalty my wager would be looking decent. Will need a huge Sunday now
