#1 Posted: 8/8/2012 2:14:59 AM I WILL GO OUT ON A SHORT LIMB AND SAY -8/280 UNLESS THE WEATHER REPORTS OF 10-15 MPH WIND ARE OFF THEN IT IS A CRAP SHOOT.
I SAW 282.5 SOMEPLACE....

#4 Posted: 8/8/2012 12:37:39 PM It needs to be remembered that there are 4 par 5s and most of them are reachable.

Weather report shows wind getting up to 10-15mph at the MOST this entire tournament. Yes the wind will affect the players, but its not anything they haven't handled before. If it was 20+, then it is a big deal

with the course being so wet and greens receptive i think it comes down to what the pga wants...do they want a long course taking many out of the hunt or play a shorter course and have it wide open |
