Kazan' last game was rotten (weak 0-0)... I expect a reactivation on this game and goals for a friendly game. But I don't like bet @ this odds for a friendly game.

Thanks Lejoker and franz. The problem with trying to handicap friendlies is you never know what the motivation is going to be. Will they play first team starters? Will they try out new schemes on offense or defense? Will they focus on one or the other? And, ultimately, do they even really care enough to provide effort?
Having said that, both teams have been involved in high scoring games during friendly season, and both have shown they're capable of scoring AND conceding (which is a big thing to me, because if you're counting on one team to do all the scoring, might as well just take them to win outright). As far as Rubin's previous game you alluded to, the good thing (if you can call it that) is that it's more or less an aberration from their previous results during friendly season, so odds are it was a one off (hopefully). The other positive is that they've had a common opponent during friendly season in Sarpsborg 08 (Rubin with the scoreless draw, Mjondalen with a 1-0 loss) so, in the grand scheme of things, a nil nil draw maybe doesn't look as bad as you might think (maybe Sarpsborg plays a defensive style that frustrated both teams?)
Anyways, I'm not going to sit here and pretend like I know anything about these teams, because I don't really - all I have to go by are statistics and my interpretation of the lines set by bookmakers like bet365 and Pinnacle. Mjondalen were very good at scoring at home last season, while Rubin's defense on the road has been somewhat poor, and yet the Russian side is still a heavy favorite. Could mean 1-0, could mean 3-1. Hopefully it's the latter.
Besides, what else do I have to do on a Thursday morning... : )

Think I'm going to fly to Norway and try out for Mjondalen - apparently you don't have to be able to pass or shoot the ball to play for them, just run around for 90 minutes (2 shots the entire freaking game?!? Why even bother playing?)
