i see where if you guess right it worth playing ties in soccer but alot of the odds are like +250 ish, and that right about on the moeny 2.5 to 1 times it comes a tie sounds about right on alot of these games, that why i see no value in taking ties, if you believe a game is tie,i always think alot of time the better value is taking the dog +0.5 if you can get it on asian handicap then if it ends in tie you dont win as much but if there is an upset you will still cash, and if you not sure the favorite wont win then not sure why you take a tie to begin with? but first half ties are crapshoot imo, unless 2 very low scorign teams, i think greece poland be a better first half tie play but im stayin away frok those plays. these totals are tight 2 goals sounds a bout right in most games

Pj, the way I cap draws is as follows:

1) an "agreement" in Italy where a draw is mutually beneficial
2) in Mexico, when the same owner owns two soccer clubs, and wants to keep one from relegation, and orders the better team to stand own.
3) when the better team is away, rarely loses, but is so far ahead in the table that they can afford to take their foot off the gas pedal slightly.
4) when the top two teams are playing each other, and both are good enough to get at least a draw (ex: today in Argentina B with Quilmes. Good chance of a draw or 1-0 home win.
5) an important tourney where no one wants to flinch first. (world Cup, Europa, EURO, Champs League, Asian and African Champs Quals.
6) one or both teams have lockdown defenses, but little finishing ability in the final third of the pitch. Greece fits ths mold.
