Losing the first eg in Portugal was the death sentence for Porto.
They are missing players, and ManCity can draw or lose 1-0 and still advance. |

#14 Posted: 2/22/2012 9:47:38 AM I knew City can lose 0-1 and still advance, just hoping Porto will put in the effort, they do have scoring ability, easier said than done at Etihad stadium, but still, I like the plays, I had hoped for a 0-2 win for Real yesterday, hence my contest pick, even 0-1 would have given me the push, what I didn't expect was them to concede with 20 secs left.

#15 Posted: 2/22/2012 9:57:04 AM You know, now that I think about it, before the first leg, City were by no means the fav's here, Porto has done pretty well in this competition, no reason why they wouldn't go all out when a 0-2 win would see them through and 1-2 will give them extra time. I might very well be completely off again, but feeling pretty good about it... |
