Dealers hate it when you don't color up. If you are playing at a $25 table, it is cutomary for you to color up all of your green chips before you leave the table.
This keeps the dealers tray full of green, when they run out of green they have to find other ways to pay until they can get it filled again.
This is known as a dick move, but if they are a shitty dealer, thats what they get. So no tip and no coloring up=slap in the face to the dealer.

Nothing game related...
I asked her if she was going home, or going out after her shift.
She told me she was headed over to the Rio, and what time her shift ended.
I told her I wanted to give her a nice tip, but, would rather her not "pool" the tip.
She put 1 and 1 together, but, didn't want to risk meeting someone she really didn't know in some place other than a public place.
We met over at the Rio, drank and gambled, and exchanged info.
I still call her everytime I am in Vegas ( She currently deals at Wynn's )
