Who believes these blatant lies?

It was not intentional.

He crashes because he was in the wrong gear? Yes they said this.

Really? Than why does the video directly contradict this. They are lying in the face of VIDEO EVIDENCE. It's disgusting on every level.

What are you expecting to accomplish by ramming a motorcycle at high speed? Neg homicide bud.

Southern Huckleberry Cops.

They just put two Georgia Troopers in jail for punching and kicking multiple handcuffed suspects.

You can clearly see the guy trying to shift gears at the end of the video. Prior to his death, he's speeding, running red lights, driving in the wrong lane, and ultimately trying to pass a car in the breakdown lane. Play with fire and you'll eventually get burned. No sympathy on my part.

And this ladies and gentlemen is why cops are given authority to hit people with their cars, and in essence issue an extra-judicial death sentence upon them (the exact opposite of what the AMerican justice system demands).

THIS POSTER and his ilk (and there are MILLIONS more if not tens of millions) is the reason.

Thank him.

In typical scalabrine-spin fashion, you see and read what you want, and draw a conclusion that meets your blatantly one sided narrative.

What world do you live in where "cops are given authority to hit people with their cars"???

The now deceased motorcyclist would still be alive if he had simply pulled over ... or if he was not speeding in the first place ... or if he did not put innocent civilians lives in danger by fleeing at 111mph ... or if he was wearing a helmet ... or if he did not aggressively break whilst a police car in pursuit was only feet from his rear tire.

The reason the motorcyclist died is his own fault.

And this ladies and gentleman is a perfect example of those who have a reflex reaction to EVERYTHING of blaming someone else for their ills.

The day Scalabrine finally realized cops are equal opportunity @$$holes.....

Congratulations on your breakthrough, Scal!!!

To commemorate this date, I'd like to post a quote from Al Sharpton:

"We're not anti-police... we're anti-police brutality."

^^that goes for everybody

I'm willing to believe you are right Scal, 10s of millions are ok with this death, me being one of them. It's sad he wasted his life in such a fashion, but his death was determined by himself, atleast no one innocent died.

Again, yet another citizen of this country who both doesn't understand the American Justice system and extra-judicial murder.

Whether he fled or not is not the issue, nor is stopping . You cannot execute him by ramming him with your car or at a minimum, failing to take precaution while you are flying at a biker at 90mph.

Everyone here should be ashamed this opinion is part of the collective consciousness.

We'll keep a running list:

And many many others.

Biker is rammed after fleeing. Biker dies. It's HIS fault.

Be very afraid this is an opinion in this country.

I learned at a young age to never run from da Po-Lease!  The dude should have pulled over.  I can only speculate that he was fleeing b/c he had some weed or he was possibly driving under the influence.

A misdemeanor shortly turns into a felony.  This time it results in death.  I can bet you this guy wants a mulligan.

Your problem is simple Scal. You think the only opinion that counts on anything is YOUR opinion.  You talk about problems in this country? That is one of them for sure. Any thread you start whether in be here in GD or one of the others, you feel if you see something a certain way, everyone else should too.

You know why you don't hear about sh!t like this happening up here in New England?

Because we keep our cops in line.  No high speed yahoo cop chases that can injure innocent lives.  What if that bike had t-boned an innocent family of four at an intersection.  Now you've got five dead people.  It's stupid.  It's asinine.

You break off the dangerous high speed chase and get the guy later.

Exactly. Cops here in Ca don't even chase bikers, they get 'em later.

I can't believe that is Police Dept protocol, to ram a helmet-less biker from behind at high speed, but I guess anything is possible in South Carolina.  You're right search, it should be at least negligent homicide.  WTF?

By law a motor vehicle is a deadly weapon and it's pretty clear on the video that officer Dungpile's vehicle contributed to a fatality..
Be a hell of a case, .

So........

Let's review.....

I find it funny that I'm finally on your "side" on this, yet you still don't recognize me as being in your "party".....(Typical Left)
I've even had to take S#!t from your "Brokeback" boyfriend.....
and I've had to don this "Sharpton" avatar.....

Yet........

even after all that......

I'm still "technically" on your side on this issue?

How does that happen?!?!?!?
