Want to gamble legally? Tired of being stiffed by the local, or offshore? Ever thought of moving to Vegas to do this professionally? From a logistical and economic sense, wouldn't it be wise to partner into an apartment or home? A honest group of men partaking in timeshare of sorts? This is the thread to discuss ideal parameters.

I agree, and the thread is probably geared towards the minority, (good character / wannabe sharps) but I don't think it's outside the realm to find 8 people with a common interest.

DHass - I think where you can get traction with this is by somehow leveraging the fact that you can sports bet online as long as you are inside of Nevada.
There would be lots of people who want to be your "virtual" roomates. In other words, I think people would gladly pay a service fee for someone to place in state wagers on their cantor or William hill online accounts for them. Kind of like a proxy.
The issue is trust and reliability.
Just a thought.

I never met a hater better than me. I am on twitter

C'mon man! Casino hotels are cheap, especially during the week. Pick one you like (something midrange, or maybe something on Fremont Street), get a players card, and just treat that casino like your apartment. You'll get comps, free food, drinks, show tickets, etc. and since you're there every month or so for a full week at a time, you'll probably get the room comped (at least Monday through Friday).....
A lot easier, cheaper, nicer, than trying to find 7 other degenerates to go in on an apartment.....

Great idea. Might have a problem with opening accounts with books though depending on what info they need.

I have 5 close buddies who gamble heavily BUT they all have thier own careers or bussiness
Where do you find these people?
I have lots of friends that fall in to the last half of your statement - actually too many of these types of friends. But where do you find these stable people that actually gamble too?
I must be running in the wrong circles - because every gambler I meet is a degenerate and every successful business person I meet thinks all gamblers are degenerates.

Those in Finance dealing with trading, risk, and #s all day. Many entrepreneurs (natural risk takers) who are also sports fans, you can easily bridge the gap to sports betting. I also find most people who are in sales or a commission based business are big gamblers
