I just got my American Express Serve card this week in the mail. I called in over the phone to do a payout, the funds were deducted from my available balance and on my card within 90 minutes. Excellent option in my opinion.

If I ever won enough I would look into this but...I'm a degenerate and I don't win.
Minimum is $250.00. I went to a bank a few miles away from house. American Express charged me $2 to withdrawal and the bank charged a $3 fee. So, $5 all together.

Yea. I was charged $80 for my last western union fee and could only take out $1500 (used to be $2500). So I said if I got the chance to withdraw big again, I would go the moneypak route. But using a bank card in this situation is always sketchy to me.
I'm HOPING that I'll need to talk to you some more after this weekend but until then, good luck and I hope you keep withdrawing.

Sparky - I will let you know if I come across any problems using this method. $250 is the minimum and it is completely free. By the way, the Yankees are doing a great job with all the injuries they have had in the starting rotation.

-Did you apply online and have to supply your social security number?
-What is the advantage of applying on line vs just buying it at the store?
-The 5 dimes website says this: Temporary Prepaid Cards purchased in a store are not eligible for MoneyPak reloads.
So does that mean they can't add money to the card?
Thanks. Keep us posted on how this works. Can't wait for football.
Yes, I registered online, I don't remember the social security number part...may or may not have.
I didn't buy the card in the store. The rep told me I could deposit using another method which my last deposit was via western union. They said I could withdrawal with the money pack as long as my name is on it and is registered with 5dimes which I did with pictures taken from the cell phone.
Not sure about your last question, because I didn't get one from the store. I simply registered on the american express serve website, filled out some information and they sent me the card. Everyone qualifies because it is a prepaid card. There is a $1 monthly maintenance fee as well so everyone knows. 5dimes will offer unlimited free payouts with this method but it has to be in increments of $250.So, for example 250,500,750,1000, etc.
