There has been a recent spike in CL-related robberies here in DFW (as I'm sure around the US as well), but because this guy was killed it's getting more pub. People were getting mugged and setup for gang-style beatings, so the media was suggesting to do "deals" at police stations or large public business areas. Metro PCS is neither, LOL.
