Why do you come to covers?

I have had a few question what my purpose is here because I do not post picks and don't solicit betting advice? Not everyone who comes here is a wanna be Brandon Lang story. But many get addicted to the rush of posting and being right. I get that part. The problem is some wannabe's let it get to their head and believe covers owes them something for their solid gold.

No doubt many can offer good tips and trading info and winning our bets is what we strive for.

Everyone comes here for various reasons. I have deep rooted degenerate gambling issues just like the next guy. We all have this bond in common here. But there are some guys like me who come to covers BEFORE I MAKE ANY BET for information you can't find elsewhere. I tend to tread very lightly in betting forums strictly because 90% of sports posters do not know jack and I would rather just flip a coin than to live or die on some dudes write-up. There are probably about a dozen guys I would even consider taking anything from what they say about games. I'm not gonna name em all but guys like MrBator and Rush are pretty f'ucking solid. The rest just watched Two For The Money and want to "become touts"

Those are the 90% that use covers to live the pro gambler dream. Covers is a great avenue to escape our everyday lives no matter what your purpose is here. We all do it.

Finding another person in real life that knows about covers is rare. You know what I am talking about.

I looked at the alexa rankings and it's ranked like 6500th on the charts of all websites I think. That's amazing if you can grasp the scale of just how many sites are out there! In Vegas sportsbooks you will find on the back of overnight sheets covers info on the back! Covers is large and in charge playa's! You know why many real life people don't know? Because they are p'ussies who don't take chances.

I've been a part of covers even before 2007 if you count wagerline where I actually discovered this place. Since, covers is on the long list of my addictions. Some don't even know what I am talking about. Covers years back swallowed up wagerline.

I usually only post and read posts from the GD and Penalty Box forums.

Some never post or comment, just are readers which make the bulk of members. A majority just make comments and never post. Guys like me do both. And sadly there are tons of negative Nancy's who only spew crap and tell them how bad they think they suck. I do not get the mentality of those who let the failure in areas of their life consume them to a point of denial. Covers provides these losers with an avenue to escape sad life to bash. Denial that they are truly failures in life. For them, covers is the greatest place on Earth for them to escape the pathetic social failure that is the reality of their life. These guys are easily spotted by only commenting negatively on what dudes that take the time to post opinions or in some cases original material.

That's where I come in. I feel what I do and how I do it is very unique at covers. Those who attempt to share original thoughts are few and far between and usually do not last long. The bashers of course can't handle seeing people getting props for what they took the time to share. You losers know who you are. I hope people read this and truly admit where they fall in. But ones in denial of course think they are helping this site by letting others know they think they are idiots. Thanks for sharing.

If you are on stage telling jokes for example, there is always some unclever drunk heckler to shout out "YOU SUCK!!!" as the rest of the room is enjoying the show. Of course hecklers are a nuisance but can never hang with the wits of the dude on stage! Funny how that works but it's basically the same here at the forums.

I admit that I come here to escape reality in my own ways. I am not the average cat in life and I know that. I create opportunities that are not common and sometimes living like I do creates odd and funny uncommon spots. I have many voices in my head that sometimes are pretty funny. So even if things are going good or bad....I can come here and laugh at myself and in the process make a few others laugh as well. You either get it and realize we all do dumb things that can be laughed at. Or you hate me for your own various reasons due to the hate you have for yourself.

I like the ones that claim I am a liar or I am a bragger because they think what I do is not possible in real life.

Haters do not realize my thing is to point out my faults and laugh at them because it's funny! It's a compliment that you think my experiences is fantasy land.

Everyone has a purpose for coming to covers but next time you feel the urge to be negative. Do it somewhere else you loser and let the rest of us do our thing.....Which is WINNING. Something haters will never know the felling of!
