Hope you guys have some background in the restaurant/bar business unless you have money to burn opening a sportsbar?
But if that is the ultimate goal, why not start a business related to food service and see what is going on in other places..
Exhaust/hood cleaning -see how many there are in your area vs number of kitchens..Anyone with a food service certificate, nursing home kitchens etc.Dirty work that places MUST pay for at any cost. Pressure washer and fitted van and a couple guys doing late-night work..
Just my suggestion..have a bit of restaurant experience (40 yrs too many) ![]()
Mafioso lives the dream with his own place and he'll tell you straight up I'm sure the good/bad/ugly. ![]()

We have tossed around the idea of starting either a landscape type company. One guy already owns a tree company and has some good ins. We have also thought about a vending machine buddy targeting the locally owned discount tire type of stores. Eventually we will have a sports bar but starting smaller at first. Everyone of us were not spoon fed and have worked hard to be where we are so pretty sure something will work. All level headed guys.
I have a great idea to market landscaping services.
The problem is that landscapers dont market correctly. They end up with fragmented routes and canibalize each other.
I call it "grouplawn" (kind of like groupon).
It is epic. It revolutionizes how landscaping could be done, and makes the landscaper who does this potentially immensely wealthy.
