I am tired of companies trying to sway people to buy stuff you don't need to impress people you don't know with money you don't have.

The insufferable advertisers and their shitty commercials are beyond tolerable.

If you have DVR, try to pause the game at its start for about 15 minutes and that will allow you to fast-forward through 4 sets of commercials, and or coach's challenges. It really helps speed up the game if you just sacrifice a few minutes at the start.

Most commercials I just can&#x27;t stand and so I will change the channel for just awhile until I know the commercial is over but there are just a few that I tolerate because it makes me laugh like this...hihihihihihi!

As a rule of thumb, ALWAYS have the mute button on whenever watching ESPN, advertisement or not.

When I am tired, but have money on the game, I sometimes turn the volume down very low during commercials and catch a 10 or 15 minute nap when leaning back on the recliner. Then when I hear the crowds screaming after a big play it wakes me back up.When I unfortunately catch the occasional commercials, I hate the Progressive with Flo, Capital One with Jimmy Fallon or Alec Baldwin, and ANY car commercial.  And I know they are not marketing to me because I don&#x27;t remember purchasing anything on TV recently because some dipshit tells me it is a good idea.

Any credit card commercial reminds me that it is a great way to go into massive debt, and any food commercial reminds me that it is time to grab a bite from the fridge or the drive-thru,, but it almost certainly won&#x27;t be the product they are advertising.

I know he gets paid to offer his opinion and analysis, but Gruden is king of the know-it-all douches who offer little to no thoughtful insight during the game.  He just talks about how great every play and player is.

How else would we know about the new 4G LTE lightning fast wireless devices? Or that you can save $7 a year by switchng car insurance?? Or that Money Mutual will put up to $1000 into your checking account by tomorrow??? Or that every woman wants a Trojan Twister for her birthday????

For real though, probably most of us work for places that need to advertise to increase sales, more sales = more money = you get to keep your job. Gotta make a living somehow...if blasting your message to 250 million people does the trick, then I guess I'm ok with it...

If you think Brenly sucks then you must hate Hawk Harrelson. I even pull for the Sox and can't stand the guy. Talk about a hick, homer that doesn't shut the fuck up about the umps. Give it up already Hawk. Also he has these cheesy ass one liners and then goes dead air when the Sox are losing. The idiot even fired LaRussa as a manager when he was a GM. ive been doing this the last 5 years, why waste your time watching people sell u stuff, I immediately go online and mute or have a couple of "reserve" channels I go to during the commercials, usually a movie i like or another sports event.The only commercials I see are on billboards on the road or in magazines or newspapers

Effective Sept 1 in Canada the Canadian Television-Radio Communications Commission passed regulations to stop this crap. It has been a treat.......no more loud commercials.

After a TD, I'll usually do something away from the TV. If, by a chance in hell somebody runs one back for a touch, they'll replay the hell out of it to point out the clipping the refs missed..............
