Plenty of bad people of all colors (i know a few)
Plenty of good people of all colors (i know plenty)
just putting this out there because Scal defends blacks over whites no matter what, and was just curious about his opinion on this instance |

From a law stand point he did absolutely nothing wrong.
From a common sense stand point he should have never been in that environment in the first place.
I know scalabrine like to complain about the Black man not getting a fair shake in this country, but here is the harsh reality...... You can be a Black man and walk down any street in this country at any time of the day. This same situation does not apply if you are White.
The Black man has more freedoms than most people think.

You can spend the rest of your days looking online for white on black crime, black on white crime, white on Asian crime, Asian on black crime etc. etc. etc. in a fruitless effort to try to prove something that isn't there.
All I will say is this: just as you didn't let your perception of the white race be altered by the white racists in this video which I'm sure your familiar with (which of course ended in death, it usually does), don't let your perception of black race be altered by the black racists in yours. |

Amazingly good points made by a Black man. These are the things that Blacks know, but just accept as normal life, when it shouldn't be that way. I have told scalabrine several times that he needs to start at the source of the problems, not when a White on Black issue breaks out every 2 months.

This is the same garbage you pulled in the other thread.
Even if it WERE TRUE at the time of the posting (and you won't accept it so I will no longer discuss it) that is was publicly known that Zimmerman was Hispanic, WHAT WAS THE DIFFERENCE?
The national conversation has more than boiled over since 3/15 even after his White father's disavowing of anything that could be perceived as 'whiteness' in Zimmerman (even throwing out the ultra-lame "He has black friends-He can't be a racist line" ...paging Donald Trump  ).
Now you think that because the percentage of whites in the Retreat at Twin Lakes was a shade under 50% that blacks can can walk down any street, or within gated communities that aren't a majority white including that one? What kind of mentality is this? The same thing could have happened in a mostly Asian gated community or a mostly Indian gated community? Prejudices against blacks exist there as well (and vice-versa etc. etc. etc.).
There were only 20% blacks in that community. Hasn't the Trayvon case evidenced that other non-black races can target Blacks as threatening/menacing/up to no good as has been sound COUNTLESS times in all these threads? This is a VERY common prejudice from non-whites and I have spoken endlessly about it.
Blacks comprised 20% of that community percentage according to reports. And even if it was 51% Black and 49% white making whites a true minority (even by a pathetic shade you so eagerly pointed out), how in the world does that prevent people like George Zimmerman who considers a black teen reaching for his waistband or walking where he shouldn't from existing and from exercising prejudice that could ultimately lead to a confrontation that ends in murder and or a gunshot (all initiated by him)?
I really don't even want to get into to this with you because your mentality has become even more deeply entrenched in support of this ludicrous notions like the one you present now, that gated communities can be walked about by blacks because their percentage is 49% white, even in the face of a dead black teen within that very community!
You certainly implied such a thing with your response. Go read the thread!
It gets worse on here every day and you sir, are somewhere off in the friggin twilight zone.
