#1 Posted: 10/24/2011 7:02:56 PM On friday I have to put her down. Found out about 2 weeks ago she had bone cancer and it has finally got the point my wife has agree we need to end it. She was the best dog anyone could hope for. Everyday come home and there she was tail wagging just wanting to be loved, go outside throw ball for her or go for walk didnt matter. Me and my wife got her before we got married and she has been great for our two kids, even when they were not quite gentle enough. My wife is taking it hard lots of crying but I am trying to look at it this way, dogs are here to make us happy and my dog did that always. I am very sad that she will be gone but I feel lucky I had chance to have her around. |

Great words. Totally agree. They give us so much, it's tough to let them go. Done it myself a few times, but will always have dogs. They add too much to life to be without them.

True of all pets for sure. It is never fun when you have to part ways with a great pal, but if you can wake up and tell yourself that your pet lived a great life because of you, that is about as good as it gets even though you have to go through the pain. |
