I love Thai and Mexican food, but Italian is probably the most universal. And it's just simple, fresh ingredients. Not to mention I could never completely give up pasta.

2nd choice Italian. mrs and I eat pasta at least 3 times a week. she makes wicked Stuffed Shells, Lasagna and other either entrees or sides.
With all the information that has come up re. refined carbs being not so great for you, how do you get away with this? I love pasta, but I try to eat the stuff that at least has some fiber in it.....wheat pasta and the like....and I try to only eat it once a week.
How do you get away with 3 days a week?

Aside from American (isn't that what we all eat here?), I guess italian (as long as I can include pizza). Italian includes all kinds of pasta dishes, chicken dishes, steaks. Nice variety. Mexican is good, but it's all the same shit if you think about it. How many different ways can you make a tortilla with meat, cheese and vegetables? Chinese is good, but I think I'd get a little tired of it.
