The worst part about this is that this guy could have killed someone down below... It's not like he could have taken the time to check to see if the coast was clear...

Great link. I find it nearly impossible for him to be at the Casino at 9 in the morning and not be gambling. There is absolutly nothing going on at that Casino in the morning, no restaurants open, and they don't have any stores to shop at.

That being said, I hope he RIP
