My wife was asking me, impatiently, what it was that i wanted to do that evening.  She'd had a long day with the baby.  So i said, "i want to do whatever makes you happy." 

somehow, THAT was the wrong answer!  haha. women.  gotta love em

That is generally good advice except I have a unhealthy need to be right and my gal is a Director.....with the appropriate personalities.  And we're both Leo's.

Funny thing.....A rational man should not formulate an argument nor even attempt to logically converse with a woman with whom he is romantically involved. Emotion clouds a womans judgement and renders her void of rational thought. Personally, l am in a crisis in my relationship of 7 years, over something so small that it boggles my mind. Whether the relationship can be salvaged remains to be seen. 

Hence, to answer the original question of course he is wrong

this is from Philosophy 101 ---  if a tree falls in the forest, and no one hears the tree fall, did the tree really fall?  technically no since it did not exist in anyone's consciousness but if you change it to if you kill a person and no one knows you killed this person, did you really kill this person or did this person really exist?  Well, God knows and that is really what matters.
