I started my own business this year and I am new to this whole write off thing... I think we pay enough taxes and this a chance for me to write off things to the business...
So for you independent business owners, what do you write off?
I currently write off any business supplies like stamps, paper etc... but also a new laptop and a website...
but I would like to know what else I should be looking at...
I am considering buying a new vehicle, how do I write that off?
My accountant over the years has had an easy job doing my taxes and I am worried about this year with my new business...
My accountant is not a CPA, but instead has the the letters "EA, LTC, CFP"...
What do those letters mean? and is my accountant qualified to do my taxes for my business?
