How many guys just gave up and settled for someone they dont find attractive?

I am 35, no kids, never been married. Girls I am attracted to are not attracted to me but there are girls out there that are attracted to me but I am not attracted to them but I am really tired of being alone. I just wonder if I should just bite the bullet and just be with someone just so I dont have to be alone anymore. I know guys who have done it. A buddy of mine always tells me he is not attracted to his wife but he was 40 and wanted to get married and she was tolerable and a good cook. How many other guys have done this?

leg -- there is far more to a relationship than burning sexual attraction. It's definitely important to have that "spark" but that kind of thing fades over time. Actually enjoying the person for who they are, rather than what they look like, will give you the foundation for a good relationship.

Posts like this is why i love this forum hah.  Dude your only 35, you still have time to get a 23-28 yr old who is looking for security and a lasting relationship. Im 32 and marriage isnt even on my radar.  Just be happy with where you are and you&#x27;ll attract the right woman for you.

a lot of it has to do with where i live also. moving here was the biggest mistake of my life. i live in a place where any single girls over 25 have at least 3 kids and are divorced.

Who would you rather marry? A woman who is a 10 but never wants to have sex and spends $1000s of dollars on clothes, makeup, etc, and never helps out around the house, and is constantly bitchy. Or a woman who is a 5, but is the opposite of the 10?

Have you guys seen what a single girl over 28 looks like in south Alabama? They are not attractive at all. To get any attractive girl you have to go 21 years old or younger.

I walked out on the miserable bitch six years ago. Her lawyers bloodied my nose something terrible. D_Unit had a good point. Most women start changing when they hit 30.......they will start settling for less attractive guys than themselves for the relationship with a guy with a career, etc.

I am not bad looking. I started getting a little gut but I have lost it over the last few months working out. I just am flat broke. Thats my main problem and what really kills my confidence. Looks arent really an issue cause I have had hot girls in the past but having no money is what really kills my confidence cause if I ask a really hot girl out and she says yes I know once she finds out I am broke then its over.
