For everyone thats whats going on in Delaware doesn't concern them.  Your wrong.  If they run this succesfully your state too may take a crack at this.  The '92 law thats limits it to only 4 states probably won't hold up.  If your state will want sports betting you'll most likely get it.
 
The problem--  If this is some sort of parlay card deal were screwed.  This most likely will be a cash cow for Del. regardless of straight betting or parlays. Parlay cards will most likely be the gold standard for sports betting nationwide if they implement it.
 
One might think they would want the full gamet of betting however.  The draw they could get for boxing, possibly MMA who knows.  Don't forget they have NASCAR at Dover also.  How great it would be for a race fan like myself to throw a few bucks down at Dover Raceway on the race and collect right at the track. Remember Dover Raceway is a car/harness track.

i live 15mins from delaware park myself. they have a huge hotel to be built there soon..im guessing a casino as well.  they also legalized table games including craps and roulette. the only thing still being worked out is the table limits. the nfl is also sueing delaware as we speak trying to stop this from happening

well someone on Wall Street must think it's a good deal for Dover Downs (DDE - nyse) because the stock is up over a buck to 7.05 + 1.05 monday with an interday high of 7.25
 
that's a double in less than a month
 
VERY thin stock though and it jumps around like Yosemite Sam on ANY buying or selling volume.
