Last year Florida beat Kentucky 45 - 7, and this year the line is at 4 ...
This is Florida's first true road game...
Kentucky is playing on another level right now, and this is a perfect let down spot for Florida after the big win, although I doubt it if they watch game film from South Carolina.
Let’s not get
excited here… Florida got a lucky win, so stop thinking they might have an
offense, the Tennessee defense is absolutely terrible, they allowed over 500
yards from Ga tech. Florida also has the 106th rush defense in the
nation, and Kentucky has Benny Snell Jr.
Kentucky has one
of the best rush defenses in the nation, secondary leaves something to be
desired but they will be ok against an average Franks.

Tappy, Am I asking to much thinking this game could go OVER 46
Hoping totals drop a little more perhaps to 44
Never.... Ever... Bet the over in a Florida game lol... Like I said, the only reason Florida had success offensively was because of Tennessee's horrible defense.
I could be wrong and both QBs could go crazy, but I doubt it...

I think Kentucky, plus the pts and the under, is the way to go. Stoops is defensive minded first and he will not "allow" his offense "lose the game." IMO Stoops was playing to lose in the 2nd half @ USCjr but 1) Gamecocks kept shooting themselves in the foot and 2) luckily for us Stephen Johnson made some plays at crunch time. This will be a "cloud of dust" type of game coming down to the FG kickers and both teams have good ones. Since Kentucky has the edge in both rushing offense and rushing defense, they will win in a not-so-pretty fashion. The streak will be over by late Saturday night!

Yeah, that was my big thing I saw... Florida getting ran all over by Snell and Kentucky making Florida one dimensional, and Florida QB is certainly not that good. I see it staying close first half, that might be a good under play, and then Kentucky run game pounding the Gators into submission in the second.

Cats have advantage at QB both in terms of skill and having a SR at home vs a RS Freshman making first true road start in a sold out night game that likely means more to UK than UF. UF also with out last years best RB and WR still.
Cats finally have the athleticism of an SEC caliber front 7 as well that has showed very strong against the run. Secondary play has not been great but they do have some tall athletes in secondary and some safeties that will ball hawk and hit people in run support. Cats will be without their best LB again (did not play vs SCjr) but his backup played well and is an athletic 4 star kid.
Only true advantage I see for UF is the history of the series. Gators are gonna come callin again on Saturday night but this time we're gonna hang up on their behind.

Rivals has their last 4 classes ranked 26, 28, 35, 17. Not as good as the top of the SEC for sure but they have been picking it up on the recruiting trip a bit.
