College graduate transfers are becoming like free agents in the NFL.  Once they qualify...they can move on to a team of their choosing.  Here's a list.  If you know of others, please let us know.

Thanks 77, thinking Harris was mentioned a little earlier in this thread.

He has a shot because North Carolina has a ton of openings on offense.  QB included.

Honestly I think he's probably gun shy and shell shocked, but a change of scenery and conferences can't hurt him

Yeah, I agree.

North Carolina only has 12 starters returning.  Only five on offense...maybe why they have hit the graduate transfer route so hard.  One thing is for sure...Tar Heels need a quarterback.

I figured i would add to this, by listing some impact players that will be playing after missing last season, due to transferring, academic suspension, and injury:

QB Kyle Allen from Texas AM to Houston
QB Jarrett Stidham from Baylor to Auburn
QB Blake Barnett from Alabama to Arizona St
QB David Cornwell from Alabama to Nevada
QB Will Grier from Florida to West Virginia
QB Anu Solomon from Arizona to Baylor
RB Rodney Anderson Oklahoma RB returning from Injury
WR Tyron Johnson from LSU to Oklahoma State
WR Matt Vandenberg Iowa leading Wr returning from injury
WR Mike Dudek Illinois returning from injury after 1038 yds as fresh
OL Toa Lebedhen USC returning from injury after starting as fresh
TE Alize Jones Notre Dame returning from academic suspension

I'm sure there are several more, but I cant find a list of every player who sat out last season after transferring, or other circumstances.
