I know the offense loses Leonard Fournette, two wide receivers, practically all of its tight ends, effectively three starting offensive linemen and has a new coordinator.  But, believe it or not, the defense is losing more.  The defense is only returning three starters this spring.  The offense might not be as talented overall, but I'll take RB Derrius Guice and WR  D.J.Clark at the top over a completely rebuilt unit in search of an identity.  Spring practice starts today for a very talented, young team.

QB is always the question for LSU.  Running back is solved, lineman and defense will step us per usual, but the question remains.......who will be under center.

Yeah JMW, the Tigers recruit some great athletes but quarterback has been a problem the past few years.  Ed Orgeron has promised to open up the passing game and new offensive coordinator Matt Canada will be responsible for developing a quarterback to run his system.  If Canada can get a passing game going...look out, especially with LSU's running game.

Quarterback Brandon Harris announced yesterday that he will transfer to North Carolina.  Harris finished his LSU career with 2,756 passing yards and 20 touchdowns against 10 interceptions in three seasons.  Harris started 2016 as the starter but quickly lost the job to Danny Etling.
