As the final seconds ticked off the clock last night I took a few moments to reflect. As I have told most of you through the years, I could care less about money...Money doesn't drive me. Money couldn't equal to what I felt last night. Money can't buy happiness, bothers.

I take this game very seriously and it means alot to me. When Hunter Renfrow caught that final pass for a TD to clinch it...I held both of my boys and as tears rolled down my face.....I told em you'll never forget this moment... You will never forget where you were...you will never forget who you were with....you will never forget any of these moments for the rest of your life.

In 2010 the closet person to me passed away, my Dad. I would have given anything.....I can't express that word enough ( anything ) to have spent that moment with him. People say it's just a game, Boom.... No it's more than that.... Sports brings us together....there is no white and black.... there is religious differences. It's something more...We forget about the daily grind and hard aches and stress we all live with in our daily lives. Sports, and in this case, college football brings people together. Last night and today here in South Carolina people who don't even know each other find common ground... I spent almost 20 minutes talking to complete strangers at the gas station as I was pumping gas this am.... All of us couldn't have been more different than one another.....But it was sports that brought us together....It was something that we equally found common ground about and didn't let the walls of our ordinary lives come between it. I'm not ashamed to say last night moved me emotionally.... I glad it did. I won't go through life emotionless.... it's important.

Look men... Alabama is a GIANT.... I have nothing but good things to say about this program. I humbly respect what they have accomplished...But last night Watson wouldn't be denied.... Dabo is building a giant... I hope in years to come we can clash many more times to fight for titles...

Renfrow made a game saving tackle on Ryan Anderson's fumble return; catches two TDs and both were at huge moments. That last play is looking more epic than Flutie's Hail Mary, and will go down in CFB lore. Renfrow > Flutie

Congrats Clemsonites!

Great game even if you didn't have a dog in the fight.
Couldn't be happier. I was 11 in 1981. It's been a long wait.
Alabama backers can't grasp the frustration of waiting so long to have a legitimate shot at another one.

Good luck til next year!

Boom as a lifelong Leicester City fan I got a lot of stick for not betting on my team at 5000-1 when the season started

When we lifted the trophy how much do you think I cared about my non bet

Not a hot

Enjoy this time. The memories will last a lifetime

As much as I despise your "homer" attitude and hate for the SEC, I am glad you were able to experience this win with your family. That is something they will never forget and will be cherished and discussed for decades.

Congrats boom on clemson win.   Always enjoy your posts.   That was easily the best college game ever and the reason.............    I remember as a kid in the sixties seventies growing up w the bowl games and there was 1 year Penn state got cheated out of having a chance to play for national championship.   I didn't even like penn state but From then on I dreamed of college having a playoff system like NFL where it was actually settled on the field.   The system isn't perfect yet but just look at the interest it generated.   2 watch that Watson kid basically will his team to victory and haven't seen much on the posts here on actual game so don't know whether it has been addressed but from my perspective, except for the handling of clock at end, the clemson coaching was unbelievable.    My team, Texas Tech, may never have a chance, but it will always be part of the dream.   See y'all next yr

I called it and won on it, Bama fans are insufferable and are still crying about the refs right now still... They have no idea how many god da*n calls they always get and get away with and they still did last night, tackling humans all the way down the field on two TD's. Their fans can eat s***, spoiled pissants.
