for those that follow my stuff, my Large Money plays are 3 units, regular plays are 1 unit
Clemson + 3.5 (first half) - Large Money (3 units)
Clemson + 175 ml (first half) - Standard Money (1 unit)
Clemson + 6.5 - Standard Money (1 unit)
Clemson has let a few teams hang around this season with poor adjustments @ halftime and the fact that Bama generally plays much better in 2nd halves as they wear you down, those two factors have me preferring a Large play on the first half catching over a fg
the Washington defense gave somewhat of a blueprint, Clemson has grown men playing on that d line and Alabama lacks a legit passing attack and certainly lacks a downfield passing attack, Tide can obviously really run with that huge back (Scar), he's a beast
as I watched Clemson most of this year I felt something was slightly off with Watson and couldn't put my finger on it, he just had too many turnovers and they failed to put a few teams away like a championship caliber team (like Alabama has done all year), he still made a few poor throws against Ohio St but all in all I saw enough to know that they will give Bama some issues.... they have fast WR's, a good back and very mobile QB, that is the exact combo you need to hang with Bama
I have great respect for both programs and think either will be a deserving champion, after watching the game last year I honestly felt Clemson was the better team, alot of stuff happened in favor of Alabama in that game and it was their day to win, this year I think that Bama has been the best team all year but they have hid their offensive weaknesses, I saw those weaknesses against Washington and feel it will be their downfall against a hungry Clemson team with revenge on their mind
congrats to Clemson and Alabama fans for making it this far, you both have amazing programs and should be proud

all you can do is go with your feel of the two teams
I had clemson first half vs ohio St and bama vs washington, also had them teased for game with each other so I have a decent read on the two, this is what I came up with when looking into the game and my "eye test"
Alabama has won so many games for so long that they have to be trailing at some point right? they surely won't smash teams forever
I just hope it is a great game like we got last year, these two squads are both so talented and fun to watch

Legit post from a deadly capper........ I would never argue solid logic like this although I think the final score will be less than 1 TD score
I'm on the other side...if reports are true....Olineman Robinson stepping up to Kiffin is huge from a psychological point of view. Alphas smell a phony and Kiffin was a phony. Saban is an alpha and the players respect that so the synergies of Robinson and Saban will cause this team to recommit and focus this week and as a result....and because of the perceived threat of Clemson in the minds of the Bama players (trust me, that 31-0 score resinated!).....I believe this will be a game where all players on both sides put it on the line in a big way and the score therefore is OT worthy or FG winning worthy..

Beer is gotta be earned from winning or hard work. Andy Dufresne agrees.

thank you Sir
alot of the Bama faithful were upset because Lane wasn't calling more running plays, I'm sure the players felt the same (if that report is true)
Lane knows they have to pass to win the title though so he was calling the necessary plays to prepare for this game, you can just line up and run at Clemson all night and expect to win so I agree with Lane and his play calling, I don't exactly like Lane but he is a legit play caller
Sark shouldn't miss a beat though, both of those guys are head coaching material good and would be considered two of the best offensive coord in the game, Saban hit the lottery getting the USC guys and he will need all of Sark's skill to beat Clemson on Monday Night
I can't wait for this game, it is nice to see legit number 1 and 2 going at it for the title, the playoff comm got what they needed when these two won their games, these are the 2 best teams

Yes.........expect a wrinkles or too from Sark too and a little more uptempo from Bama......Sark wants to prove himself as much as the players too so I couldn't be happier with the line and total....really nice to bet on but for me....its like a Baltimore Ravens/Steelers game....just have to focus on capping which side will win and then slam the Winning Margin 1-6 pts
I just hope I am on the right side....

they only won the game. and covered. and won practically every game that he coached at bama. kiffin sucks. dude may be an a hole, but come on.

Clemson's D line is money and a lot of weapons on that O. If DW4 doesn't turn over the ball, I'm thinking it will be really tough to beat this Tigers team.
Bama is Bama, but it helps to have close to a TD in your pocket for either side in this game.

I like Clemson plus the 6.5 points. The game against Washington I thought there were too many play calls for Hurtz to run the ball, more than any other Alabama game I have watched. I agree Alabama has a great defense but their passing attack is mediocre . Scarborough is a great back. Alabama covered the spread because of that interception return for a touchdown . I don't think they can keep relying on defensive and special team touchdowns .

Man, I was thinking the same thing. I never saw so many runs up the middle.....over and over again. If you want to do that, hand it off to your running back, supply him with a full back..and WHAM..plus yardage.
Guess we will see Sarks approach on Monday. Can't wait!!

i haven't decided what side i'm on. was making the point that kiffin has been a good coach at alabama. he may be an a hole but he wins. he's in good company. lots of good coaches are a holes. saban is probably an a hole, too.

They rely on defense and special teams on purpose. After so many of these fluke plays or whatever you might think they are, you have to start to believe that they are practicing it. Like Arkansas dumping away second halves... But that doesn't take practice, bad analogy. LOL

Agree with the write up. A freshman who coughs up the ball playing in the biggest game vs the best defense he will see all season. A mobile qb in Watson which always hurts the bama d. I don't see much down field passing by bama so they will stack the box. Clemson is good enough to beat this team. Sark is the fall guy when if it doesn't work out. He looked nervous as sh it last week in the booth. At one point he ate his own buger. Yuck!!! I will roll with Clemson and hope Watson doesn't give up any defensive tds. I will take the 1h points and Clemson ml for the value. Good luck fellas

i aboslutely agree with your analysis here i have a future bet on clemson to win title @ +750 from before season started. was gonna hedge but after watching washington expose bama's qb i think clemson can win this game and might add on the +6.5.

I am in a similar boat. Got Clemson Future @ 705 last week. Hopefully it cashes for us.
