This is my first thread posted here on Covers, but I've followed the forum for awhile and appreciate seeing other peoples picks.
$95 to win $1293.11. All picks are done through 5dimes.
Texas Tech -27.5 vs Kansas
I like TTs offense, and it should be common knowledge that KU is just awful. (Thursday game, TT already covered)
Old Dominion -8.5 vs Charlotte
Old Dominion isn't great, but their offense has looked decent against sub-par competition. Believe me, Charlotte is beyond sub-par and I feel 8.5 is a generous line.
Nebraska -20.5 vs Illinois
Nebraska seems like they have come into their own this season. I'm a MSU fan, so I'm a B1G fan too. Nebraska has a very explosive offense along with a defense that seems to have shored up some of it's previous problems. Illinois just can't seem to get anything going. Defense has been an issue, and their offense is too inconsistent. The game is AT Nebraska, and Nebraska is one of the toughest places to play at in the nation.
Michigan State -7 vs Indiana
Mark Dantonio is the biggest reason for this pick, followed by me being a MSU homer. 7 points against Indiana seems generous, as I would have given them at least 12. This will be a bounce-back game for my Spartans. I think the line might be skewed after what Wisconsin did to them, but Wisconsin played lights out. I like the Spartans to win by a couple touchdowns. Our offense will get back on track, and our D line will keep pressure on the Indiana QB. I realize MSU has had a semi soft schedule, but Indiana is still mightily unproven against FIU/Ball State/Wake Forest.
