Surely you can't be serious...I am and don't call me Shirley...best opening week in several years...caught a couple rare breaks in close late ATS reversals....don't let the units fool you it's the $$$$ in unit that matters...goal is still around 120-90 or better each year so long way to go....appreciate the good words in various threads..waiting on some numbers...

I was feeling a little cocky about my week before I saw this post. Nice to have that good start. Good for you.
Just for something I think about. Teams that can cover a spread? Still like Colo., SMU, and Tulsa. Not every week. The lines will eventually take away the value but these and 3 or4 others aren't going to win much but for one reason or another are improved enough to keep some games close. Tulsa and SMU step up in class this week.
If Baylor stays healthy then watch out. That really is a decent team.

what's going on fellas, appreciate it.....damn looks like Okie St and Miami lines are flying up...and Ohio St to lesser extent...heading the golf course where we'll be thinking if we want to put some cash on MTSU, SC or Ball St although numbers might climb on 2 of the 3 so waiting

Beer is gotta be earned from winning or hard work. Andy Dufresne agrees.

Texas 52 UTEP 14.....could happen but not really expecting so much of a letdown here from a team hungry for some wins....also doesn't hurt that UTEP defense normally gets run over in this spot
other scores and short thoughts.......
Oklahoma St 44 CMU 13....chips mostly in 10-14 range against better defenses including 24-13 loss last year where they were jacked up....CMU defense is decent however not much of a pass rush and outclassed here
Miami FL 45 FAU 13....Canes QB and running game should control this one for awhile and should be pretty focused under Richt....won last couple in series by 24 and 25
Boise St 48 Wash St 28.....sure WSU will score some against anyone but BSU much better defense and should be motivated against P12
BC 33 UMass 7.....scary laying points with BC team that didn't hit more than 17 against FBS last year (and first game TY).....but QB play improved and good stable of RBs to run over worn out team...not much different than matchup a couple years ago 30-7
Ohio St 56 Tulsa 20....Tulsa not likely to match up so that leaves how many OSU allows them before OU game....not really seeing TU with 28 or more
Penn St 20 Pitt 17....looks like a defensive fight where points could work
Tennessee 30 VT 27.....UT pretty overrated and VT not an easy team to blow out...losing twice over 2 years by more than 10...including one against Buckeyes
UConn 20 Navy 19.....Middies already dropped off from Reynolds and now lose Smith....Huskies improving and have decent enough run defense
waiting on line movement and numbers on a couple others and totals
