Oregon will play top 25 ucla, Stanford, Oregon st still & a title game

Fsu plays a top 40 Florida team & who else? Va tech?

If both go unbeaten it won't be close, Clemson will lose more & so will Florida, that will bury fsu

Both probably won't go undefeated though, rarely happens

It has nothing to do with end of the season rankings motowner. when you're listed as a 1 or 2 team in the BCS poll when it opens you control your own fate, only a loss can take you off of the perch.

Yes. That is what I posted at the beginning of this season. SEC and ACC are the top two.

You better re check your "math" beacause it has been dis-proven.

Nice try though. Ducks/bama in the natty

to wahoos.  Clemson sure did dismantle the noles,  tight game, what a nail biter.  And I thought Oregon would be number 2 in BCS.  I guess you didn't factor in the possible curb stomping that the Noles laid,  yea that acutally happened.

Seminole--

I'm not saying as of today knucklehead , I'm saying if they both stay unbeaten that Oregon will pass them, I've seen the standings for today & I like your team but that doesn't change the outcome if both stay unbeaten

you guys are not taking into account that the polls have 2/3 of the pull, it's not just the computers though they seem to have much more than 1/3 say in tonight's BCS result because Oregon is 2 in both human polls (usa today and harris) but 4 in the comps.

if oregon does not win convincingly over the ranked teams, and fsu blows everyone out including miami, then they would likely get the style points from the voters that the comps do not give.  the style points might trump out the SOS that the comps see.

this is far from over, but oregon does appear to have a clear inside edge on the noles.

It's fun to chat about but one of them will slip somewhere, happens every year, I want Oregon to play for the title but unbeaten fsu team would be a great substitute, hard not to like that team we just saw in Death Valley , that's a good squad

I won't even bother addressing that if it's directed at me, haha

It's not a debate, if Oregon wins out they are going, I'm just the messenger, I'm not making the schedules or the rules

I just don't see how it's preordained since 2/3 of the score is human-based

Speak--

The humans love Oregon & still voted them ahead of fsu today, the computer is what fsu has now but according to BCS computer experts that will change if both stay unbeaten

Oregon is ahead on 2 out of 3 BCS factors but strong computer edge gives nod to fsu for now

Speak - we don't even know if oregon st will be ranked by the time the civil war is played, and how low stanford may drop before oregon plays them, we don't know much right now.

what if vatech and miami keep rising in the rankings?  and then fsu crushes both of them by 35 each.  then those wins plus the clemson win can absolutely trump wins over ucla, stanford, and oregon st, especially when ucla and oregon state could freefall as they play the tougher games.

oregon just gave up 38 pts at home to wazzu, i know they had their back ups in there but still 38 pts does not look good going forward.  right now they are living off the prior game to wazzu and quite frankly from the past few years of great teams.

brad edwards made a great point about this on espn radio tonight.  the voters seem to giving a lot of credit to bama and oregon for prior years even though you are supposed to stick with just this year.

all of that can change if oregon eeks out a few victories while fsu pounds people.

we are getting way ahead of ourselves, but FYI:  only once or twice (i believe), in the 15 year history of the BCS, have the first teams to be announced 1 and 2 in the initial standings, been able to hang on to that spot.

the statistical odds are huge, absolutely huge, against bama and oregon both finishing in the top 2 spots.

At the risk of giving you the attention you so desperately crave...is beating a team 62-24 and pulling your starters unimpressive? And that was without their second-best player setting foot in the field. Keep the hate coming, clown.

Bama is going down to Auburn. Nobody wants to believe me. Ive been saying it all year. Auburn keeps getting better, building confidence. Bama is so damn hot right now, I think it will be hard to keep the "tide" rolling all the way thru. Before Auburn everyone will be talking about the SEC Championship match-up against Missouri (if they finish the job). Talking about things like, how will Missouri's big wide receivers match-up with Alabama's secondary. A late loss would knock Bama out this year.

Stanford could beat Oregon again. They have the blueprint. Good physical defense, a running game, accurate passer with a great arm. A good return man. Big athletic tightends. People talk about revenge for Oregon. I dont think that will factor much. The biggest factor will be the health of both teams coming into the game. Last year Oregon had some defensive injuries which made it easier for Stanford to beat them. Both teams are better then last year IMO. Hogan being a year older being most of the reason Stanford is better.  I think Oregon takes them this year.

I think it will end up with undefeated Oregon playing an undefeated Florida State in the national championship game. With an undefeated Ohio State getting left out going to the Rose Bowl

That would really suck.

what happens if Mo runs through their remaining schedule,,wins their Division and beats Ala in the SEC Champ.game?

what if FSU loses somehow to say Mia or in the ACC title game?
Ore maybe loses a game?  What if Bay runs the table?

Way to many ways this can play out yet.  I just get a laugh from people that come on here and say ,its all over now and team A will play team B in the title game when there is 6 weeks left in the season.

This is what makes college ball so great, everyone will be watching and discussing the scenarios to play out for the next 6 weeks,,but there is NO WAY,,anyone can say right at the present time that any of those teams are 100% in or out of the NC Game

Just sit back and get ready to enjoy the stretch run and enjoy this time of the year.

bye bye Oregon!

the annual fraud, otherwise known as the school of Donald Duck, has done it again.

absolutely and utterly humiliated by Stanford yet again.

LMFAO @ Oregon and all their retarded square fans.

- 0 National Titles
- 50 different uniforms.

but no matter how you dress it up, it's always poop.

see ya next year!

Talk about a perfect spot for an upset. They havent beat BAMA since 2010. I think BAMA fans are sleeping on them. And in the end u can blame the loss on the soft schedule for BAMA. There is no reason to be playing Chattanooga Week 13.

Please keep whatever you're smoking off the streets. Bama losing to Auburn in the Iron Bowl. Yea right. Maybe if cammy cam and company were still at Auburn.

I Love bumping old sh*t, kinda like in my car!!! I love when people doing the rolling laugh at me too.
