He will be leaving alabama to go to Charlotte and start his radio show august 1st. he will also have his radio show simulcast on the new SEC network starting in 2014. IMO this will be a disaster but ESPN is a disaster now. Finebaum's style won't work especially when the town phones start to work in alabama
I like Alabama fans but not the ones who call into his show. I like Finebaum but this smells of a failure/train wreck. This won't work but to each their own

I dont know how he gets the listeners he gets.Jim from Tuscaloosa is halarious though.Tammy doesnt know what state PennSt is in and his a disgrace to Auburn fans .A lot of these people that call in honestly dont know the 1st thing about football.I am guilty of tuning in the weeks after Bama loses which obviously isnt much lately.Packers,I agree with u hat this show will fail,but then again they have been saying that for yrs.People think Finebaum is a jerk,but he was much worse in the 80 s and 90 s.My grandfather threw a roll at him during a banquet which I thought was down right halarious being I heard him curse less than 10 times his whole life..If u listen to his show just a little people will realize Pat Dye has ZERO influence on the Auburn program.Tuberville banned Dye from the sidelines when he was coach..I just dont like geeks and Finebaum is a total geek even though he is much cooler now than he was 10 yrs ago.He has a sleazy side to him like Howard Stern which lots of people just like.
