I would say OVER on both, but that's kind of hard to predict without knowing what Notre Dame's defensive strategy will be. If they bring everyone up close to the LOS, it could be tough sledding for Alabama's running game. I don't think they'll do that. I think at least initially they'll try to stop the running game with 7.

Jimmy 34-6? Omg dude notre dame is better than nost sec teams! Michigan got spanked by bama but lost by 5 to sc and they did not get pushed around! Notre dame pushed michigan around like bama did!
Lsu lost to clemson!
Florida lost to louisville!
These are top 10 teams that are considered elite by the public that lost to good teams not great! Bowl season has proven nothing but that thesec is not all that great! They are just good!
Miss state lost also but who cares!
My point is simple i hate sec and you love bama but bowl season has proven to me and everyone that the sec isntwhat it has been in years past! Bama struggled with georgia and lsu! Why wouod notre dame be abpny different! Kelly is a great coach be careful! |

Once again you let your hatred of the SEC to cloud your thoughts. So you think ND's 13-6 victory is better than Bama's 41-14 beatdown of Michigan because they scored less points on ND? Idiotic statement. By the way- the SEC is 5-3 in bowl games this year. And one came against your beloved Wolverines. Please tell me how Notre Dame scores? Bama's weakness is it's secondary but N. Dame won't be able to expose that. Saban will load the box to stop the run and dare the Irish to throw the ball. Pitt gashed the Irish run defense and Bama's running game is much better. Bama also has a legit QB. And you say Notre Dame's defensive line is underrated? Are you nuts? That is where everyone is saying the Irish strength is at. And if you think Alabama's offensive line is overrated then you truly are crazy. I can't stand Saban or Bama but this is not a good matchup for Notre Dame. I think they can keep it within reason with their defense but I see something along the lines of 24-10 or or 23-12 for Alabama. |

hell yea man... but i promise you as much as u feel to be beating a dead horse to i feel the same im always amazed by the hatred for bama... its nuts i mean people that are fans of other teams in our conference have nd stuff up every were hell ive even seen nd cartags on cars around here ive always had a little love for nd i mean who doesnt they won me money this year on the unders!!! haha
