Although, I find it quite interesting that you completely ignore this statement.

I'm sure JDN doesn't mind interacting with the members here...You know, trading information, giving reasons why this or that could happen, Opinions on why this team or that team can or cannot win.
BUT! dude..your just plain desperate, and add nothing for any person in here who likes to interact with a very very good capper.
So let me get this straight....you do NO CAPPING...but want him to pick all your winners>..right?
Great...okay JDN....just list your winners for him, and go away until next year. AND...don't forget to FRIEND HIM. After all, with friends like him, who needs anyone else in the forum.

#58 Posted: 12/5/2012 10:01:38 PM jdn...take a look at Washington +7.5 playing Boise St. May have a live dog here. Boise State is not the Boise State of years past and may be installed as the fav here on name and history alone. Nevada back doored them last time out and so have a few others. Just not impressed with Boise St as a fav. letting teams cover the spread toward the end of games. Wash plays tougher slate 76 ave opp power rating compared to Boise 63.( check sagarin ratings) Wash has been good dog play this year also. I say they win SU with the top upset of the Bowls.
Solid year bud...nice work |

Mad respect for ya bro, but wow. NILL as a monster play? I followed you all year, and you gave me some great plays, but man, no way I can back this one.
You are really rolling the dice (imo). If FSU shows up motivated at all (which I agree will be hard), I don't think NILL will get a first down, let alone score. Yes, Lynch is good, but running the read option every single play (like he did all year in the MAC) isn't going to cut it in this game. Personally, I think NILL is going to be in alot of 3rd & longs in this game, and I think they are in major trouble. The ONLY thing that allows your bet to cover is if FSU doesn't prepare (which we all know FSU plays down to their talent).
As much as people want to point out WVU v Georgia or Boise v OU or even Utah v 'Bama.. I can point out Hawaii v Georiga (a 41-10 bloodbath). Or Cincy v Florida (a 51-24 Bloodbath). Both of those games were similiar circumstances.
If I had to guess (and again, just my opinion) there is no way on God's Green Earth that FSU alumni, FSU players, FSU coaches will want to watch a team from the f'n MAC complete with a team in FSU that was a preseason pick to win the entire FBS championship. And b/c Lynch does get so much hype, I think that actually helps FSU's defense be more motivated.
I honestly think FSU will NOT play down to their talent (for once). I think they will be highly motivated in this game, not only b/c they don't want to get embarrassed by a MAC school on National TV, but b/c Lynch will be getting so much hype leading up to this game, their defense will be ready.
I'm not betting the game b/c FSU is so inconsistent, but I will be watching to see what happens. I 'think" it is gonig to be my latter statements above.
-Good Luck. |

i aint JDN but some reasons
- NW hasnt won a bowl game since 1948 - MSU has won their last 5 bowl games - MSU is familiar with the Gator bowl, whipping Mich 52-17 in 2010 - NW has never played in the Gator bowl. New surroundings - SEC > Big10 - Jacksonville has many more SEC fans than Big10 fans

-Good Luck.
the Hawaii game and this game have very little in common...
Hawaii was 100% finesse and had NO running game,
they depended entirely on pass protection and throwing 50-60 passes per game...
northern Illinois will play big boy football wih FSU and run for above average success. they will sustain drives... I saw what they did to kent, who has a BETTER RUSH DEFENSE THAN FLORIDA STATE...
I'm telling you right now, motivation will be with NIU. they will take the 40 days, make them all meaningful, be planning, scheming, finding every weakness they can to exploit. how motivated will FSU be ?
I'm not quite sure |

#75 Posted: 12/11/2012 3:34:15 PM I'm going to follow you with the NIU pick. Game just screams that upset game we always see but no one expects.
Only other game I have jumped on right now is Toledo +10 but looks like you are a Utah St. lean.
Going to follow along here. Good luck to all!
