There are six teams that need to win to get bowl eligible. (That have a legitimate chance to get one) I think they are also bettable games.
1 Mississippi - MSU benefitted from a soft early schedule and padded their stats. Ole Miss is quietly becoming a pretty good football team. Just ask Les Miles, if he's not too busy kissing his players. Home game, serious rivalry with a chance to take back the State. I like MISS A LOT
2 Virginia Tech - VT can salvage what has to be their most dissappointing seasons in many years. The Wahoos are the perfect opponent for that. There is some pretty good hate in this rivalry. Playing at home, bowl eligibility and a lot of pride on the line, I like HOKIES A LOT
3 Baylor - Baylor beating my KSU Wildcats was not a fluke. Their defense has improved a lot. Coach Bennett is one of the finest men you would ever want to meet and as it turns out, he is a pretty good defensive coach too.... And we already knew that they could put up some points... Jerry World is the perfect place for this matchup. Don't be expecting a let down here, expect TT to get rolled... I like BAYLOR A LOT
4 Rice - Even though the Owls are playing on the road, they have been playing great football for the last 3 weeks, Including a nice win versus SMU last week. This is UTEP coach Price's last game so that could be a wildcard. However, they just don't have the talent to deliver that farewell win. Especially with WR Edwards suspended...Who wants it more? Rice wants it more and they have the offense to get it... I Like RICE A LOT
5 Purdue - The Old Oaken Bucket goes to Purdue. Purdue has just been a scrappy team in recent weeks. Winning 2 straight road games, Illinois and IOWA.... Last home game, senior day, bowl game on the line.... and a slightly better defense makes this playable. Of the 5 picks, this is shakiest... BUT, I Like PURDUE QUITE A BIT
6 West Virginia - Now don't go all crazy on me with this one. WV can become bowl eligible Sat at Iowa State or Kansas at home next week. I like Cyclones, but I think Mountaineers can get this done. This is only on my watch list, but it fits the scenario.
Don't underestimate how important this situation really is. It's been golden for me in the past. And I believe in it enough to make a fairly large parlay on the first three...

Nice points. I like Indiana in the upset over Purdue. Both teams stink. Indiana has been far more consistent. If things don't go well for Purdue at the beginning of the game, they quit.
Indiana - on the other hand - keeps fighting. I'll take the 5.5 points.

Vegas, I understand exactly what you are saying.... that's why its a soft one on the list. This is a very righteous system. You can't just pick and choose when you list those teams that meet the criteria. That does not however make it an automatic play. I very content with the first four and thats where my money will be....

Nice Catch SNF... I had that on my list, just over looked it when I typed post. Michigan State is DEFINITELY playable too. Thanks for catching that. I had as my #5 team in the system. It definately qualifies for the system. It is however, one of those plays that will require a little "blind faith" IMHO.... But you just can not ignore the motivation that a team can get from the chance to go bowling.
That would make Purdue #6, and a definite maybe play and WVU #7 as in, "It could happen" category
