Whats up guys?!? Got another winner for you as I look to continue on my Hot Streak. BOL to everyone tonight!!
Straight Wager: 3U to win 3.3U Bowling Green ML (+110)
Bowling Green has an opportunity to get to the MAC Championship Game
if it can win out, but it is going to be tough as could be in spite of
its five-game winning streak. The defense has been out of this world
during this stretch, allowing a total of just 33 points in those five
games, including just three touchdowns in those five games. In a
conference where defense is generally optional, the Falcons are allowing
just 290.0 yards and 15.2
points per game, ranking 8th and 9th respectively this season. It’s not
like this offense is slacking either. QB Matt Schilz isn’t have a great
year, but he has thrown for 1,752 yards and nine touchdowns. RB Anthon
Samuel keeps this offense moving on
the ground with his 725 yards and eight TDs on 128 carries on the
campaign. If the Falcons have a chance in this game which I think they do, they are going to
have to get Samuel a ton of touches in some way, shape, or form.
Ohio is on the verge of the Top 25 once again, and if it wins out, it
is going to finish 12-1, in the Top 25, and as the MAC champs. This is
the final home game of the year though, and the rest of this schedule is
a nightmare for sure. This might be a team that is 8-1 this year, but
when you really look back at it, there is a win over Marshall by three,
Massachusetts by three, Buffalo by seven, and Akron by six… Not to
mention the loss to the Miami (OH) on the road. This is a team that is
just ripe for the picking unless the offense can really get going.
This is more or less a two-man offense, as QB Tyler Tettleton and RB
Beau Blankenship run the whole show. Tettleton has thrown for 1,900
yards with 15 TDs against just two picks this year, and Blankenship has
1,097 yards on the ground, one of the best marks in the conference. As
other teams have proven though, shutting down these two really kills
this whole team on both sides of the ball. I feel Bowling Green's defense will be able to shut down this Bobcat offense and come away with a hard fought victory on the road. My Prediction: Bowling Green-27 Ohio-13
LETS GET THAT
I will be posting my Week 11 plays for this weekend either tonight or tomorrow, so be looking for ***Brockboy's Week 11 Winners***
