Power rankings say the line should be Cincy-2. This game is the biggest regular season game of the season for Toledo who after dropping a tuff one in their opener to Arizona in a game they should have won but fell in OT on the road , has gone on to win six straight games... Impressive
Toledo has scored at least 37 points in four straight games and has Passed the fifty point mark in two straight. They are 4-0 in the MAC and really on a roll. QB Terrance Owens has thrown 12 TD’s and just three INT’s this season and has a completion percentage over 65%. RB David Fullen has rushed for almost 800 yards already and has proven to be one of the best backs in the nation.
Cincinnati has been one of the Cinderella teams to start the season. They are undefeated thanks to a soft schedule and a huge win over a Virginia Tech team(subject) in which Cincy had over two weeks to prepare for. The rest of Cincy’s wins this season have come against the likes of Deleware State, Fordham, and Miami Ohio.
This is the biggest game of the year for Toledo as they get an chance to take on in state rival at home who is both undefeated and ranked. The fans will be loud.(drunk) The stadium will be full. The players will be as fired up as they will be all year. Yet for Cincy this is actually a look ahead game as the undefeated Bearcats play NO.16 and undefeated Louisville the following week in a Big East game with first place in the conference on the line. The edge favors Toledo by a bunch in this game and this is a solid play of the week
