Lets just end the season right now. Isn't it enivitable? Lets just hand Bama the trophy now it'll save me money and hassle. Since the offseason and my preseason predictions i predicted Missouri beats Alabama. And i'm sticking with it. When i say something i stick with it. So whether you agree with my pick or not give me credit for sticking with it.

Mizzou played well defensively i thought vs Vandy. Offense hasn't done what i thought it would do in the SEC. Bama before the bye was rolling along and imo their bye came at a bad time. I see them a little rusty and flat in this game. I know a lot of you will say James Franklin might not play for Mizzou. I don't care. As i've said to train69 Mizzou is better off with Berkstresser. I see him playing much better with a week of practice

Everyone knows how to play Mizzou when you're on D. Rush 3-4 with a spy beat the garbage out of the receivers let the qb kill himself running. I don't think Saban's gonna do that. I think he's gonna get cutesy in this game. I think he's gonna bring blitzes to where whoever is at qb will be able to make quick throws/hot reads. I see a couple all out blitzes and i think Mizzou hits a big play off that. IF D-G-B plays i think he has the game of his life

I said before the season the best receiving corps Bama will face is this Mizzou group. Moe,DGB,Lucas etc. This is still a young secondary they haven't been tested yet imo. We've all watched college football long enough that we know sometimes when a top ranked team goes to a strange place at a strange time weird things happen. I hear Bama fans say all the time there's only 1 game on the schedule for Bama and thats LSU. Hows that looking right now?

1st time CBS comes to Missouri for an SEC home game. There will be a lot of energy/excitement as this is the biggest home game in Missouri history. Remember the year after Bama beat Texas for the title? The next year they were 5-0 went on the road to a city named Columbia and lost. What is Bama right now? 5-0 heading to a city named Columbia coincindence? I see Missouri's best effort of the year. I see AJ Mccarron turning the ball over 2-3 times. Gary Pinkel and Missouri did not come to the SEC to bow down to Nick Saban

Trust me if i'm wrong i know ALL the Bama fans will remind me of it many times as they like to do to others as well. You guys are good for it. If i'm going down this season i'm taking Missouri with me.

Missouri 31

Alabama 17

BOL guys whether you agree with my pick or not

Anything possible bro, but like DUP4L said, Mizzou is banged up and DGB most likely wont play. Bama is used to playing in huge games at tough venues. Mizzou hasnt had a game this big in a long time (gabbert and crew beat OU 2 years ago), so most of these kids dont have any of that experience. Expect a lot of false starts from the Mizzou o line and a couple bad snaps....

I guess anything can happen but as a Mizzou fan I just don't see it happening.  Berkstresser will be starting but not sure he will make it through the game.  This o-line is being held together with duct tape and glue right now.  He is a tough kid who has taken a beating in the Arizona State game he started and then again with Vandy last weekend.  This offense is really struggling and can't seem to convert a 3rd down at all.  Mizzou's D is solid but due to the offense being horrible they are on the field WAY too much.  They will keep them in the ballgame for while but Alabama should be able to wear them down and baring a turvover or something like that I'm not sure Missouri will put up any points on offense.  Would be REALLY surprised if they hit double digits.  Hope I'm wrong and you are right but my money will be going on Alabama large while my heart roots for my Tigers.

mmm...no. I think the bigger question is will Mizzou even win an SEC game this year?

I didn't realize our drug problems here in mizzou-ville had gotten this out of hand.  No, I'm not talking about DGB and his crew of freshmen pothead benchwarmers; if you think mizzou has a ghost of a chance in this game its time for rehab.

Bama is so demonstrably better than MU, the will control field position and time of possesion to such a severe degree that they should win by 30+ even if they put the brakes on.

Mizzou with Berkstresser (deer in headlights) and when he goes down a red-shirt freshmen getting his first game action against that bama d.  Tigers might not cross the 50 yard line until the 4th qtr. when Saban has his backups in.

Bama off a bye week wins in an absolute slaughter. Think they will be even the slightest bit intimidated by this team in this environment? Think again.

Never been this tempted to lay this many road points ever in my life and just might do it.

Final: Alabama 49

         Mizzou 7

it's always nice when the headline of a thread gives you all the information you need to know, to know that you don't need to actually read the thread...

This game is the biggest mismatch in college football this weekend.  If these two teams were to line up against each other for 20 consecutive Saturday's Mizzou wouldn't win even once.

Missouri ML would be a nice payday, if you are right... but with a disappointing showing against Ole Miss two weeks ago, and a bye week to prepare, Bama should beat them handily

Kind of funny because I made a bet with someone else on this board regarding how long it was gonna take before you started seeing the "Alabama loses outright" threads every week through the rest of the season.

Bama is clearly the best team in the country and on their way to another spot in the NC game. People are now going to come out of the ground attempting to pick the week that Bama gets upset. Picking Bama to loose to Mizzu is ridiculous. Pinkel has completely lost this team. Faded them against Vandy, and will do so in two weeks against Kentucky.

Packers makes this play because if it looses, no one says anything because it was suppose to loose.
