You know..I grew up at Arlington Park Race track just outside of Chicago, and when I was about 10 years old I noticed that AFTER every race just about everyone knew for sure who was gonna win it- They bet $2 or nothing at all on the race but always knew for sure who was gonna win it beforehand, it was so easy..and they'd tell you so-
